### Job Responsibilities

1. Be familiar with and strictly abide by workshop rules and regulations; correct or stop team members’ irregular operations in a timely manner to prevent safety accidents.

2. Accept production tasks, reasonably assign work for team members, monitor execution progress and product quality, make timely adjustments and keep records; communicate with the Quality Department to obtain quality feedback and adjust control measures accordingly.

3. Arrange and supervise daily cleaning and maintenance of machinery by team members; coordinate maintenance or report to supervisors promptly when faults are detected.

4. Collect and submit feedback on process & equipment issues as well as rational‑ization proposals from team members.

5. Supervise on‑site production conditions to keep the workshop orderly, clean and tidy.

6. Track material requisition, usage and scrap within the shift; formulate and implement refined measures to boost output and cut costs.

7. Arrange and adjust production varieties and machine allocation for the shift; change product specifications on machines: select and install standard accessories per production orders, adjust machine parameters to achieve stable normal production.

8. Conduct regular patrol inspections focusing on quality and equipment status during team production; debug malfunctioning machines in a timely manner to guarantee qualified products and stable operation.

9. Complete other ad‑hoc tasks assigned by supervisors.

### Job Responsibilities

1. Develop production processes and process parameters according to product design requirements; optimize manufacturing procedures to improve product quality and production efficiency.

2. Analyze production‑site problems, put forward improvement measures, solve technical bottlenecks in manufacturing, and improve product consistency and stability (including control of temperature, humidity, time and other factors).

3. Establish control standards and methods for process parameters; monitor key production parameters to ensure products meet quality requirements.

4. Collect and analyze production data, generate production reports, evaluate process stability and feasibility, and submit improvement suggestions.

5. Compile and maintain process specifications and operation instructions; record and summarize process parameters and production data to guarantee production consistency and traceability.

6. Provide technical guidance and training for production operators, answer process‑related questions, offer technical support and help resolve technical difficulties during production.

7. Research and introduce new production processes and equipment; conduct feasibility assessment, testing and verification to support corporate technical and industrial upgrading.

8. Timely handle production abnormalities and failures such as quality defects and equipment malfunctions to maintain normal production operations.

9. Participate in quality‑control activities; formulate quality inspection schemes and standards, and continuously optimize processes for better product quality and process stability.

10. Support the R&D team in new‑product process development and trials, and offer process‑related technical suggestions to enable smooth mass production of new products.

10. Compile technical documents and user manuals including product specifications, design schemes and test reports to support production and after‑sales services.

11. Closely collaborate with departments including Marketing, Production and Quality Control; coordinate cross‑departmental issues to guarantee smooth R&D and production processes.

12. Apply for copyright protection for newly‑developed products, and strictly keep confidentiality of technologies adopted in product development.
